4. Account Registration

To access uu7v7 Services, you must create an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You agree to:

• Create a strong, unique password that you will not share with any third party.
• Complete KYC verification within 14 days of Account creation by submitting clear copies of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government document issued within the last 3 months), and a selfie holding your KTP next to your face.
• Maintain the accuracy of your Account information and notify us immediately of any changes to your contact details, address, or banking information.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and secure. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether authorized or unauthorized.

uu7v7 reserves the right to refuse Account registration to any individual at our sole discretion. We may decline registration without providing a reason, particularly if we suspect fraudulent activity, duplicate Account creation, or provision of false information.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

uu7v7 accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25,000 for e-wallets and Rp 50,000 for bank transfers. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual transactions may be subject to banking or e-wallet provider limits. Deposits typically process instantly, though delays may occur due to banking system maintenance, holidays (Idul Fitri, Nyepi, public holidays), or network issues beyond our control.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal processing time is typically 1-24 hours for verified Accounts, though delays may occur during high-volume periods or if additional verification is required. First-time withdrawals require completed KYC verification and may take up to 48 hours for additional security checks.

uu7v7 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals, including source of funds verification, additional identity documents, or bank statements. Withdrawals of winnings derived from Bonus funds are subject to completion of applicable wagering requirements. You may not withdraw funds while an active Bonus is in progress unless the Bonus is forfeited.

We reserve the right to impose withdrawal limits, delay, or refuse withdrawal requests if we suspect fraudulent activity, Bonus abuse, breach of these Terms, or if your Account is under investigation. In cases of suspected fraudulent activity, we may retain funds pending completion of investigations, which may take up to 90 days.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

7. Gameplay Rules

9. Account Suspension and Termination

Upon termination:

Arbitration shall be conducted in Jakarta in the Indonesian language. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration. All disputes must be brought individually. If any provision of this dispute resolution clause is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
